1. Products

The Products offered for sale are presented on the Tomoum for Trading website and are accompanied by a description. Tomoum for Trading reserves the right to modify its collection at any time and to change the list and range of Products.

The photos of the Products presented on our site are contractual. However, Tomoum for Trading makes sure that the photos faithfully reproduce the product offered for sale.

1.1 Product Availability

Tomoum for Trading accepts orders within the limits of available stocks. It informs the Customer of the availability of the Products sold on the Website at the time of the order confirmation. If, despite Tomoum for Trading vigilance, the products are unavailable, Tomoum for Trading will inform the Client by e-mail as soon as possible and will proceed with the reimbursement of the sums paid within 5 days. In case of temporary unavailability of the product, Tomoum for Trading may propose to the Customer an extension of the delivery time instead of a refund.Tomoum for Trading cannot be held responsible for the permanent or temporary unavailability of the product, nor can it give rise to any right to compensation or damages in favor of the Customer.

2. Order

2.1 The Client

Tomoum for Trading offers the sale of its products on the website https://myshemsi.com to consumers who have the legal capacity to place an order (hereinafter referred to as 'Client'). Tomoum for Trading cannot be required to verify the legal capacity of each Client.

The Customer agrees to provide Tomoum for Trading with the actual information required to complete the sale of the products as requested at the time of placing the order, and in particular his/her last name, first name, address, telephone number and valid e-mail address.

The Customer is responsible for the consequences resulting from the transmission of false or inaccurate information or whose use would be illicit.

Tomoum for Trading may delete the Customer's Account at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

2.2 Order Registration

Any Customer who wishes to place an order selects the product(s) of his choice by clicking on 'Shoppe la'. At the end of this step, and after having filled in the information necessary for the delivery of the order, the customer will be able to choose the shipping method. To finalize the order, the Customer will have to click on 'Continue to payment'.

In order to validate the order, the Customer must read the General Sales Conditions and accept them expressly by ticking the box provided for this purpose.

The order will be confirmed by Tomoum for Trading by sending an e-mail to the Customer with all the information concerning the order and its delivery.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

3.1 Prices

The prices of the Products are indicated on the Site in SAR, excluding customs fees and other taxes. Customs fees and other taxes must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

The prices can be modified at any time, without notice and in particular in case of change of fiscal or economic data. The items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the order.

3.2 Method of payment

The payment of the purchases is carried out either by bank card via the protected platform of our provider of payment Stripe, or by payment with the delivery.
